Air Zena (or 'Airzena') was founded in 1994, but was renamed upon merger to Air Zena Georgian Airlines in 1999.
Renaming this airline in 2004 to Georgian Airways made the Air Zena name disappear entirely.
The 2004 fleetlist consisted of 2 Antonov An-2s (4L-TGE, 4L-TGZ) and 3 Boeing 737-500s (4L-TGA, D-AHLF, D-AHLI). One or more Yak-42s joined the fleet that year.
