By end 2005 it appeared Phoenix Aviation had an executive jet joining the fleet; see Airliners.net. The fleet of Phoenix Aviation now includes IL-18s and Boeing 737s.
Further more it seems that Phoenix Aviation has been rebranded to AVE as can be read in the comments with this photo on Airliners.net: "Phoenix Aviation changed its name to "AVE" as of December 2005."
